We sold our home with Shelly and she is extremely diligent to get your home the exposure it needs to sell. Digital marketing, networking, open houses, agent exposure, you name it, she is doing it. She knows how to position your house to get the right buyer at the right price. She is extremely knowledgeable about the selling process and is a pro handling all the details without a hitch. We also purchased a home with Shelly and she is equally skilled in this arena. She handled everything and kept us in compliance with all the paperwork and timelines of everything. And she makes it easy because she uses digital signatures wherever possible so we can stay on top of everything and still go on with our busy lives. From the beginning, Shelly responded to our request very quickly and was very efficient asking all the right questions to understand what it was we were looking for. We had several other experiences with other agents that did not care to hear what we were really looking for and were very pushy, on the other hand, Shelly really cared about what we wanted and respected our decisions. The first time we met Shelly for home tours she went above and beyond our expectations! She had an incredible amount of very important information regarding schools and districts and taxes and neighborhoods and everything you can think of regarding each individual property (she really does her research) which came in handy for my husband and I because we have two little ones which by the way Shelly cared to know before our tours. It was seriously the most wonderful experience because Shelly really puts her heart in her work and she enjoys helping people find a loving home. We were able to see first hand that Shelly loves what she does. Once again, I just cannot put in words how helpful Shelly was! She went out of her way to help us buy our first home so much so that it felt like she was finding a home for a family member; she feels part of our family. Everyone is shocked when we tell them our story and they all say that Shelly got us a great deal; we are super thankful! Also, one kind gesture she did that went out of her way and we really appreciated was that she introduced us to some neighbors she knew before we moved into our home.
